t CIS Inc. our team of dedicated, professional inspectors aim to provide the highest level of DSA inspection services for all of our clients. The principals at CIS Inc. have earned respect and reputations as leaders in the inspection field through integrity and dedication to their clients throughout the Bay Area since 1999.
CIS Inc. specializes in providing inspection services for Public School construction projects and Public Works project. CIS Inc. currently has Division of the State Architect certified inspectors who are able to inspect any size modernization, seismic upgrade, athletic facility, infrastructure or new building project. Our inspectors are required to have personal knowledge of every phase of construction and follow all of the code prescribed inspector duties.
The company principals have over 55 combined years of construction, design and inspection experience. CIS Inc. also has several other inspectors, that we have worked with over the past several years, available to inspect projects as needed.
To provide our clients with additional comfort and security CIS Inc. is fully insured with General Liability, Professional liability and commercial auto insurance policies. Additional policy information can be provided upon request.
