CSM Building 10 Project
Building 10 is a $55 million, 140,000 sq foot, 4 story building that unites Student Services into a “One-Stop Shop”, including Admissions, Career Services, Counseling, Health Center, Financial Aid, Disabled Students Programs & Services, Student Activities, Welcome Center, Cafeteria, and Bookstore. Construction was completed in February of 2011.

Building 6 and 7A Project
Building 6, the Student Services Building, at the Skyline Community Campus has a new bookstore, state of the art kitchen, servery, dining facilities, conference rooms and offices. This 25 million dollar project also included the construction of the new multi-story, Building 7, Biochemistry lab building. Hensel Phelps and Steinberg Architects collaborated in this successful Design/Build project. -
Regional Public Safety Center
The CSM Regional Public Safety Center is a police training school and a joint venture project between approximately 20 law enforcement groups in the County and the College of San Mateo. The project consists of two dedicated classrooms, fully equipped men’s and women’s locker rooms, a multi-purpose room for practice and training, a break room for the cadets, and an administration section. This RPSC was constructed in 2005 and is home to one of the Bay Area's finest police training center.

Skyline College Building 4
Building 4 is the new home of the Cosmetology program, the Multi-Cultural Center and Hosting Gallery, college administration and general assignment classrooms. Construction commenced in April of 2009 and was completed in January of 2011.

CSM Building 5
Building 5N is the new home for the Workforce programs, including Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Nursing and Cosmetology, as well as the new home for Wellness and Aquatics.This 40 million dollar Design/Build project is located at the main entrance to the College of San Mateo and is a showpiece of quality and design.
